Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most US orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at support@aquessa.us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
